Our Response to Covid-19
As COVID-19 persists, we are taking extra steps to maintain safety in addition to continuing to wear masks.

We have implemented a series of safety measures for your wellbeing:

Each cleaner is required to test on a weekly basis

All of our cleaners are vaccinated

Sending an individual cleaner, instead of teams

Using hand sanitizer during and after every clean

Using your vacuum and supplies if you prefer
Note: We may refuse service if a client shows signs of any potential illness in the household. We will gladly reschedule your appointment.
A reminder of our standards and practices already in place to assure you that we clean your home in a safer manner (for both you and our cleaners):

We don’t send team members that are sick or displaying symptoms of a cold or flu

We ensure our cleaning equipment is sanitized before we enter and after we leave

We color code our microfiber cloths to prevent cross-contamination between rooms in your home

We use disposable gloves to clean; we replace them after cleaning the kitchen and after cleaning the bathroom

We ensure our mop pads are never reused between homes

We provide extra attention on highly touched surfaces such as door/cupboard handles, countertops, light switches, hard-backed chairs, remotes, toilets, and sinks
We understand the importance a clean home has in the fight to prevent the spread of this virus. We have included a link to the CDC webpage on cleaning recommendations - Cleaning and Disinfecting Your Home.
You may elect to leave the home while we clean or isolate yourself in one room for the duration if you are practicing social distancing.

If you'd like to make changes to your service, please let us know so we can make the necessary adjustments to schedules, etc.
